SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are carefully packed and shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of the package. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Our goal is to make sure every order arrives safely and on time, so please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

At District 17, each 3D print is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or an error on our end, please contact us right away.

We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right, whether that means a replacement or another solution. Your satisfaction matters, and we want you to feel confident ordering from us.
